Due to expansion, our client is looking to bring on board 3 x 2nd Line Analyst's who have strong knowledge of the Windows environment and also Citrix.
The role will involve problem solving, diagnosing and fault fixing software and hardware issues. You will also provide project resource as well as providing technical advice to other departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows 2000/ 2003, XP and Citrix. Any exposure to McAfee, AD, TCP/ IP and Symantec would be beneficial.
