Business Analyst / Project Manager / Equity Finance IT / Prime Brokerage / Investment Banking
A leading Investment Bank undertaking a large scale integration project require a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager to work within the team responsible for the delivery and maintenance of technology solutions to the Equity Finance and Collateral Trading business. A Change Management function is being created within this area made up of PM's and BA's to take full project ownership for all IT initiatives. You will be responsible for the Project Definition, Project Management, Solutions Design, Requirements Definition, Operational Readiness and Change Management. You must have a broad knowledge of traded products and asset classes, with a clear understanding of trading, risk management, financial, operational and regulatory consideration accompanied by a detailed understanding of equity finance products (Equity Swaps, Stock Borrow / Loan, Equity Repo, Collateral, Portfolio Swaps). The most important factor for the successful candidates is a proven track record in a similar space as either a Business Analyst or Project Manager with an Investment Bank.
