Are you an electrical maintenance engineer looking for a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing skill set and progress technically within a world wide manufacturer?
The company have been established over 100 years. There are more than 150 employees on their nottinghamshire site. The company have unrivalled experience in the high volume manufacture of precision components for the automotive, medical and other related industries. Due to increased demand for their products the company has requirements for electrically biased maintenance engineers to join their team.
Working as a team of 4 on shift you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery including hydraulic presses, CNC machines, heat treatment plant, paint lines and various bespoke equipment. In return you will be given excellent training opportunities, and your technical development will be monitored and progressed by a driven management team.
This role will suit an electrical or multi skilled engineer looking to improve their skills and progress technically in a varied role with a market leading company.
The role:
* Working a 3 shift system 6-2, 2-10 and nights.
* Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on all production plant.
The Person:
* Electrical qualification is essential, C&G 1 and 2 or equivalent.
* Ability to fault find on 3phase and single phase systems.
* Ability to fault find on PLC's is essential.
* Mechanical skills are desirable.
