Major Investment Bank requires Business Analysts to work on Change Management Integration Programme:
Typical project responsibilities;Liaising with current users and other areas to determine business requirements and scope, Detailed investigation into critical functional issues to identify root cause
Production of functional specifications, Input into project planning, Planning and performing system testing, Co-ordinating user acceptance testing, Performing & co-ordinating user training
Issue identification and resolution, Monitoring the success of initiatives.
Specific business knowledge & technical knowledge required:

•Business analysis and design experience within a investment banking Finance environment
•Experience of the P&L Explain and reporting process in a Product Control function
•A good understanding of the Financial Markets business, particularly some or all of the Debt Markets product suite, specifically knowledge of Bonds and Repo products
•An understanding of front to back and accounting environments
•Microsoft Office skills
•Prior knowledge of the Calypso application would be a significant advantage
•Experience of working on systems related projects within an investment banking or corporate banking arena is advantageous
•Knowledge of Finance systems used within GBM would be advantageous
•Knowledge of Balance Sheet management and substantiation
•Experience with P&L Explain and Flash P&L reporting
•Able to plan and prioritise their own workload efficiently and effectively
•Demonstrate good initiative, energy and vision
•Able to structure deliverables and clearly articulate complex analysis
•Able to be creative in problem and issue resolution
•Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organisation
•Strong team player
