I am seeking a Site Acquisition Manager for a 3G rollout in Moscow, Russia. You will be working for a major telecoms vendor on their 3G rollout for one of Russia's Big 3 operators. You will be responsible for finding and obtaining permission to build base stations on sites in and around the Moscow region. It is essential that you have prior experience with this sort of work.

This is a contract role, for a minimum period of 7 months (with prolongation very likely).

This position is only open to Russian passport holders due to local legislation.
