We are currently recruiting for a Scop / ITIL Service Implementation Manager
The Scop / ITIL Implementation Manager will lead and implement the ITIL framework to ISO20000 standards into the Service Management team. To work with and as an integral member of the Service Management Operations team in the implementation of best practice to Large Government IT Programme.

The Scop / ITIL Service Implementation Manager will have
• Service Management experience in government, blue chip or consulting IT
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing best practice ITIL/ MOF IT Service Management processes
• Managers Certificate in ITIL Service Management
• Knowledge and experience of the ISO20000 certification. ISO20000 for Consultants qualification is desirable
