Murex Expert Brussels Technical and functional Markup MxML OLK Front Office Murex Communication Module
We are looking for a Murex expert for the Forex & Rates activities.
The project takes place in Belgium, Brussels.
This should be long term, the first contract is 6 months.
Ideally, the consultant (he/ she) should speak perfect English. French and/ or Dutch are valuable assets.
we are looking for a Murex expert, able to design precise and clear functional specifications to developers.
The profile also entails a strong technical aspect as well as functional/ business/ relationnal part.
MANDATORY
- At least three years relevant experience on the Murex environment, especially on the front office side.
- You have a pragmatic experience with the Murex Markup language (OLK and/ or MxML) and the workflow procedure.
- You also have a real experience regarding external communication (MxML exchange, post trade workflow, …) between Murex and others systems.
- The knowledge of Murex Communication Module is an real asset.
IDEAL
- The knowledge of financial products (dealing rooms) for Forex Derivative markets is an real asset.
- Some experiences with grid computation approach is an asset.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- You are acute, dynamic, proactive, autonomous and an excellent team player; you have good verbal communication skills.
- You are able to organize and prioritize your own work efficiently.
- You read, speak and write in English. The knowledge of French and/ or Dutch is an asset as well.
- Frequent travelling is not a problem
The Murex expert will liaise with traders, Business Analysts and developers, this is why we need someone with strong technical skills.
He/ she will also be involved in Forex Derivatives asset classes (options - vanilla and exotic )and will be also responsible for all the non-product related aspects (workflows, risk report, access rights, …).
