Our client a UK leading training consultancy have a project to train over 240 new recruits who work for a major mobile phone company, They require an IT trainer to deliver the courses, a 5 day instructor led training programme and deals with the bespoke IT system for the pay monthly contract dealing with Registration, Helpdesk, and upgrade support business processes. The client is providing 2 weeks train the trainer one 5 day generic induction course and on 5 day specific bespoke system training that each new recruit needs to go through. The amount of work is expected to be a minimum of 6 weeks delivery of 5 day duration courses to be scheduled back to back, the locations are at 4 separate locations in the south west (Bristol and Plymouth) and the north east (Darlington and Tyneside). The client is paying a good daily rate plus 25p per mile travel expenses. You would need to be a car owner with a full UK licence. Ideally you will have had a long track record of delivering IT training on bespoke systems and previously delivered training within a call centre or customer service agent environment. The audience will be new to the post and will be of all ages, including school leavers etc, and the working day could follow early or late shift patterns.
