My client is looking to employ the services of an experienced Desktop Support Technician for a period of at least 3 months. General responsibilities will include:
•Solving a wide variety of problems and requests submitted to the IT Helpdesk system.
•Instillation and support of hardware (mainly servers, but also including pc's, and printers, etc)
•Instillation and support of software
•Ensuring 100% successful backups and restores
•User management
