Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager

To be successful in the role, you MUST have experience of client consultancy, client management, strong planning and control ability, managing software implementations.

Job Specification:
• Provide day-to-day operational and tactical management of multiple, or large-scale projects
• Lead, motivate and mentor Project Managers and / or project team(s), usually within a matrix reporting structure
• Assist the Head of Project Management with improving the quality, efficiency and overall capability of the Project Management team
• Project Managing and coordinating the implementation of software to a new customers working through the project lifecycle
• Create and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, project sponsor(s) and other Company stakeholders
• Implement project management best practices / processes to ensure delivery of projects and / or work packages to agreed success criteria (including budget, timescale and quality objectives)
• Produce monthly and, where necessary, exception project reports to Company Senior Management
• Working closely with executives and stakeholders, to deliver expected products and business benefits to client to the required standard of quality and within time
• Effectively manage, escalate, and resolve issues and risks during project lifecycle
