I'm working on a Head of IT role based in the Lancashire area for a company who have an international present in the manufacturing sector.

They have been trading for over 20 years and have a reputation for offering a quality service, with over 60% of their business coming from clients that have worked with them for over 5 years.

The key skills needed for this role include:

- Team management

- Strong communication skills

- Delivery through Agile methodology

- Any experience working in a cross platform environment is advantageous

- Managing internal and external stakeholders

- Making and implementing IT strategy

- Experience controlling IT budgets

- Experience of managing both software and infrastructure functions
