Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Construction/ Local Contractor - Herefordshire
An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is required by our client to join a local contractor in the Herefordshire area.
The successful Quantity Surveyor can command a package in the region of:
Up to £28,000 per annum depending upon experience
Car or Car Allowance
Pension Scheme
BUPA Health Care
The Role:
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor will be based from the office in North Herefordshire with occasional site visits as the job requires. The sites are within 1 hours commute of Hereford.
As our client is a local regional builder they operate on schemes from £20,000 extensions to £3.5m new builds.
The current role being recruited for will involve you working with an existing surveyor on 4 to 5 jobs up to £1m in value.
