This highly successful telecommunications company is continuing its growth in a number of business areas, as a result of this success they have a new opportunity for an OSS CRM Team Lead to take on a pivotal role within the organisation, working on a number of large scale client deployments.
This is a varied role where the successful OSS CRM Team Lead will lead the OSS Integration Team whilst being involved in the integration, customisations, support and testing of third party OSS applications. On a daily basis you will have a number of responsibilities, these include: line & operational management of the team, managing service assurance integration activities, 3rd line support, answering RFI's and tracing problems.
The ideal OSS CRM Team Lead will have experience in a management role, expert knowledge of one or more CRM Applications, the ability to trace problems from database tables, UNIX log files, shell scripts and PL/ SQL Code and be able to create and run ad-hoc UNIX Scripts as required. A strong background in a similar role, excellent technical problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your workload is essential.
