Established over fifty years ago, this company has an enviable portfolio of work in Dubai, and is working on both publicised and confidential projects in Dubai for developers, contractors, private clients and the governments of Dubai and Sharjah. They are sourcing a senior quantity surveyor to deliver a 2million sq ft mixed use scheme worth over £500 million.
The ideal quantity surveyor, senior quantity surveyor will have pre + post contract experience working on major mixed use schemes. You will ideallly be MRICS qualified and will have managed a team of quantity surveyors. Experience in the United Arab Emirates is not essential so may suit someone working in the UK wanting to further their career in the UAE.
Quantity Surveying Skills & Experience Required
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a UK or internationally recognized university is essential
- Achievement of, or your progression towards MRICS, MInstCES or MCIOB or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience on your CV of your ability to perform unassisted a number of the quantity surveying duties listed above
- Experience of a QS role on £10M+ projects in the UK or larger is desirable to assist swift integration into the massive projects & associated methods of working in Dubai
- IT proficient with extensive exposure to spreadsheets and QS specific software

Two return flights a year are offered for single status QS employees, 1 return flight a year for married status staff & family
