Our client a recognised Public Sector organisation due to team expansion require a IT Customer Services Manager to join their team in the Manchester area.
You will ensure that customers enjoy the highest level of IT service. Servicing Customer queries and requests to completion, you will manage, co-ordinate and develop the Branch’s Incident and Problem Management Teams to resolve all faults, identify root causes and eliminate the possibility of reoccurrence.
With a significant ICT background, you will have experience at management level of a medium/ large Customer Support Unit with a strong customer focus. With experience of target setting, performance monitoring the management of third party support contracts, managing budgets and managing a team in a complex multi vendor environment. It is also essential you are ITIL Certified.
Excellent working conditions including work flexi-time, on going training and opportunities to gain further qualifications.
Starting salary is £40,864 to £42,613
