A 2nd line telecoms support analyst is required for the day to day administration and routing maintenance, management and support of all Telecoms incidents, and requests from the business in accordance with procedures (and SLAs). Provide Telecoms technical advice to client staff. Ensure all documentation is up to date. Manage projects assigned by the Telecoms Team Leader and Senior Telecoms Support Analyst with reference to support responsibilities for the SMC and Telecoms technical support function. Essential technical skills: Current working knowledge of the Genesys platform (v7.0 and above) Working knowledge of Genesys Voice Platform (GVP), Interactive Routing Designer (IRD) (design and development of routing strategies), Configuration Manager and Solution Control Interface (SCI). Troubleshooting of Genesys issues (inbound, outbound and voice applications). Working knowledge of the AVAYA Definity system. knowledge of AVAYA Media Servers and Gateways and Voice over IP (VOIP) Technologies. Supporting systems/ services within a Call Centre/ Telemarketing environment. Knowledge of voice recording systems (e.g. Racal and Nice). Working knowledge of Avaya CMS and CentreVu management information systems. Please send your CV NOW for this urgent contract role.
