IT Support, IT Technician, 2nd line support. Due to expansion, my client, based in Glasgow is currently looking to recruit an IT Support Technician, 2nd line support person to join their team
You will be required to help build the infrastructure across the company, and provide technical support to users in relation to hardware / software, network operations and PC applications. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Window XP / 2000. Any knowledge of PHP / mySQL would desirable but is by no means essential.
