Our investment banking client are seeking a UNIX INTERNALS Expert to join a very high level business critical UNIX team.
You will have extensive UNIX experience, this can be either Solaris or Linux. STRONG scripting/ programming skills in either C, Perl, C++.
The role touches on a mix of UNIX DEV and UNIX SYS ADMIN - but this is at a very high level.. you are expected to know the deep conceptual side of UNIX, internals.
The team is made up of some very bright techies, all with deep UNIX history and experience.
This role would suit someone that is interested in a highly challenging environment and likes to be kept busy with fresh daily challenges.
In return, you will be paid exceptionally well, both in base salary and bonus.
There may be some travel initially to NY, but this will not be long term, maybe 2 weeks.
