Are you a trainer with experience of delivering training on Northgate's ResourceLink HR solution? If so, this is a great opportunity to train users across a large organisation which has just embarked on a major Resourcelink implementation. You will be required to develop an understanding of the HR system functionality, and develop a training solution for all users, giving one to one follow up coaching. You will also produce easy to understand user reference guides / manuals and will identify future training needs across the organisation. You must have delivered HR systems training previously – ideally with specific ResourceLink experience although SAP HR, Midland HR Trent or other major HR package may be considered. This is an outstanding opportunity to take full ownership of this major training requirement. This is a 12 month fixed term position and will require travel between a number of sites as required. Your home location can be UK wide. The package on offer will be negotiable.
