Excellent opportunity for a strong C++ developer to stay at the cutting edge of real-time trading software. Strong knowledge of C++, Win 32, API, MFC and STL will be needed in order to work in a team who are at the top of their industry.
My client requires a proactive and motivated developer willing to give that bit more to his/ her projects. This will be rewarded with a competitive salary and an excellent package. Development in trading systems, mission critical or real-time processes is desired. The successful candidate will have excellent academics and a real drive to succeed within a competitive environment.
My client is a key payer in the program and data sorting industry. My client provides information to the Investment banks and stock exchange providing them with up to the second market data on thousands of commodities, equities and derivatives. This is a fast paces environment and a great place to gain business exposure.
This role is particularly well suited to those that have worked in either the games development or defense development industries.
Essential attributes:
• C++
• Win32 knowledge
• Software development methods
• Windows XP operating system
• Good scientific/ engineering degree or equivalent
• Team-working
• Flexibility
