A leading global hedge fund is looking for an enthusiastic and results driven junior developer to join their dynamic IT team. You will be involved in the full development life cycle as everything is built in house from scratch. The ideal candidate will have had some business exposure, especially in equities. If you are an OO developer with 1-3 years of experience and willing to programme in VB.Net/ VB6/ ASP.NET then this role is for you. You are working in a small environment where you will be liaising directly with the business therefore you need good communication skills.

Essential: OO developer, degree educated, max 3 years experience, results driven, analytical and good communication skills

Beneficial: banking experience
