My client is seeking an Admin and Support Analyst is sought to join the growing Shared Services Centre in Canary Wharf. Supporting the Director and Global VP, you will need to have experience of working in a demanding Finance, Head Office or Corporate Services environment for at least one year.

Whilst the main focus of the role will be to manage key services that support the shared service centre (mail, IT, telephony, recruitment, catering and other services) the individual will need to understand the broader operating model of the Centre and provide and update routing metrics supporting individual SLA's and monitoring performance.

Additionally, there will be a need to manage the diaries of the Director and Global VP for some of the time and provide some ‘secretarial support'.

A great communicator with financial acumen and good MS Office skills – this is a great entry level role with opportunity of study support for a person with international ambition.


Requirements:
Provide support related to Process transfer from my clients business units to (Client) London which may include some overseas travel.

Provide general administration support to the Director and the team.

Provide personal administration and diary management duties for Director and VP of Global (30% of time).

Support the team of 43 where required with relation to resources, recruitment, mail, room-booking and catering.

Support the Performance Measurement of the Shared Service Centre and oversight of Outsourced Services.

Management of the external and internal support contracts (IT, travel, mailroom, catering).

Routine Performance Reporting relating to the clients Dashboard and its Metrics.

Flexible individual with a capacity to learn and take on new challenges.

High level of numeracy and analytical skills as the role is within Finance.

Administration experience within a Finance/ Corporate Services or Head Office function (at least one year).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good telephone manner.

Must have diary management using MS Outlook.

Good planning and organisational skills.

Flexibility to manage multiple concurrent work tasks.

Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

Experienced in producing high quality, professional reports and presentations.

Excellent computer literate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Flexible personality

Ability to adapt to change.

Role would suit A Level pass wishing to progress to accounting studies or Graduate seeking accountancy training or Senior PA wishing to move into a more analytical role.

Qualifications:-

Any numerate discipline at A Level essential

Graduate preferred or at least Accountancy studier at AAT level

40 wpm typing and other key secretarial skills
