The applicant will need to have extensive knowledge and experience in Multithreaded, Remoting, WinForms development and solid SQL Server skills including Delegates and Event Handling, Data Access. The candidate should have minimum 4 years experience in commercial development preferably within a tactical environment as well as very good interpersonal and communications skills including fluency in English.
