Aston Carter is searching for a SQL DBA for a large multimedia company based in South county Dublin.

You will work closely with the systems development and administrators team to ensure that the databases are designed, implemented and managed properly. Daily duties will include developing and managing a reporting platform, capacity planning, and design and implement policies to ensure availability of databases. This is a very dynamic and technologically savvy environment which will provide you with the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in a very busy company. If you are an ambitious database administrator searching for a new challenge, then this is the position for you!!!

Essential skills:

MS SQL DBA experience
Project management experience
Strong oral and written skills
Unix/ Linux skills
