A Web Design Lead is urgently required to join a fast paced Web environment working for a huge international organisation. This company's website receives millions of visitors per month and your responsibility will be to create attractive and aesthetically pleasing designs to give users an enjoyable experience to encourage online purchasing of products. An important role to result in business profitability, you will be considered a crucial team member. The best candidates will have design experience working on commercial sites with large scale volumes of monthly foot-traffic and will be able to Lead, Mentor and Organise a team between 2-4 people. Coming from a Core Design background you will possess excellent skills in Photoshop, have a strong ability in Dreamweaver and Illustrator and any additional experience in Flash would be considered advantageous. Working with a website that is constantly updated with new products and services on a day to day or week to week basis, it is key that you can deliver and achieve results to campaign dates.
