A Blue Chip IT Services Consultancy is recruiting for SAP Business Analysts with at least 2 years SAP Support experience in at least one of the following applications: SAP BW, SAP R/ 3 (FI/ CO/ SD/ MM/ PM/ WM), or SAP EBP. You will join our dynamic team to meet and/ or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA's) as well as acting as second level support for incident resolution. Day to day responsibilities of the role include: 1st & 2nd Line Support, Updating, Monitoring & resolving reported service desk incidents & service requests, Maintaining process documentation, Basic Configuration / Table Maintenance, Development Testing, Provide customers with support for the business applications which make up the supported SAP services, Assisting the SAP Support Specialists when required, and Client & 3rd Party Liaison. Experience of working to ITIL practices on a Remedy call logging system would be an advantage. Candidates should have the relevant SAP knowledge and experience in supporting complex systems. You must be able to demonstrate superior customer service & communication skills as well as advanced analytical & problem management abilities. This role will suit candidates with some commercial experience supporting SAP & are looking to join an organisation that will provide them with a genuine career path. This role is permanently based in Milton Keynes with occasional travel to other sites in the UK. You will be required to have or gain security clearance for this position.
