Skill/ Experience (required):
Microsoft NT 4.0, W2K, and XP operating systems experience; Strong MS Office 2002-2007 & Outlook 2002-2007; Lotus Notes; Knowledge of Market Data Feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters, Thompson etc); Excellent knowledge of PC/ printer hardware with the ability to diagnose and fault find; Good TCP/ IP knowledge; Blackberry and Mobile phone support ; Good understanding of remote support software such as Dameware, Microsoft remote desktop.
Advantageous Skills:
VMWare ESX experience; Voice; VB scripting; Active Directory, including group policy.
Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
Responsible for day-to-day Desktop, Audio Visual, Market Data and Telecoms support issues. This is a hands-on technical role.
