My client, a global law firm seeks a Data Centre Analyst to work in the applications team. The Data Centre team are responsible for the implementation and support of systems and services used by the firm and its clients on a global basis.
These include core server operating systems, web services, server management, application deployment, electronic mail and remote access solutions. The team are also responsible for the research and evaluation of applications required to deliver core services to the firm in an efficient way, for example Active Directory, desktop image, application deployment and print services.
The successful candidate will have a good background in server support (HP) with SAN and clustering knowledge a benefit, working in a Windows environment. A good knowledge of global email environments in particular Microsoft Exchange in an Active Directory 2003 environment. A working knowledge of Microsoft ISA server and Microsoft Operations Manager would be an advantage.
