Cisco Telephony Support Engineer – CCVP – Oxfordshire – Harvey Nash is working with a Cisco based LAN and IPT solutions, applications and managed services provider in seeking a Cisco Telephony Support Engineer. The successful Cisco IPT engineer will be providing high quality 2nd & 3rd line support to a variety of Blue Chip Clients.

The telephony professional will either possess, or be in the process of acquiring a CCVP accreditation. Good knowledge and experience of supporting Cisco Telephony products is essential. A good understanding of Cisco CallManager, IPCC and Unity is preferred, as well as knowledge of other telephony products.
