My client is presently involved in the GREENFIELD development of a cutting-edge online product for the Hedge Funds Industry.
There is presently an excellent opportunity for a Database Developer to join this small team based in London and occasionally on the continent.
The successful candidate will need knowledge and experience of mySQL on Unix, to include database design and optimisation, and, preferrably, some experience of C++ and PERL along with solid maths skills.
This is a high impact position, taking large-scale ownership of the project. As such, applicants should be independently minded and able to assist and/ or lead architectural decision making.
No previous finance experience is required. This is a rare opportunity to crack into a cutting-edge and lucrative industry
