My client, a leading Birmingham based organisation are currently looking to recruit a skilled Business Analyst to be heavily involved in Process and Workflow. The main purpose of the role is to improve the efficiency of the organisations business processes through workflow process evaluation and understand how the organisation's IT systems support business processes. You will be conducting business process reviews, identifying and reporting gaps, supporting changes and advising areas for improvements to business processes. As the ideal candidate, you will ensure effective liaison with Senior IT stakeholders on all associated projects and processes as required, have excellent change management experience and be able to lead on all data quality issues, working closely with trainers to ensure that all staff understand how to correctly operate IT systems.
