Oracle HRMS (HCM) Functional Consultant, End User based in Berkshire.
An Oracle HRMS functional consultant is required to work in a high profile end-user organisation based in Berkshire. This is a unique role offering the opportunity to gain skills in a variety of areas including implementations and team leading.
Upcoming projects include a complete Oracle upgrade, as well as brand new implementations of Self-Service HR and Advanced Benefits across UK and EMEA regional systems.
As a minimum, applicants must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Oracle's HRMS product capability, supported by hands on experience including customisation and configuration of the core HR module. This must have been gained within at least one full life cycle implementation.
Team leading experience would be advantageous to your application, however is not essential, proving this to be a great opportunity to build on your existing skill base.
