My client, a leading media broadcaster, has a requirement for an ITIL Service Improvement Consultant based in London. The company has a number of business divisions and the aim is to secure economies and service improvements through merging the support functions into a single more efficient team. The change programme will be based on an ITIL framework and delivering a structured IT Service Management environment applying ITIL best practices. The ITIL Service Improvement Consultant is required to facilitate a programme of process re-engineering across the divisions so a common approach is adopted in all areas. Candidates are required to have the following skills / experience:
·Must be ITIL accredited to V2/ 3 to Practitioner level.
·Demonstrable experience of facilitating and delivering ITIL process re-engineering programmes in enterprise environments.
·Must have successfully implemented ITIL Service Management disciplines and aligned them with a Service Management Tool where appropriate.
·Thorough and in depth knowledge of implementation and application of contemporary Service Management Tools is essential.
·Knowledge of Remedy as a Service Management Tool would be beneficial as some business areas currently using this tool.
