Siebel 7.8 CTI Business Analyst
We are currently looking for a Siebel-CTI Business Analyst for a contract role based in France. My client is looking to set up an improved CTI Platform on their Siebel 7.8 application and requires a serious Siebel BA with solid CTI/ Siebel integration. Starts ASAP in May for an initial 4-month period renewable over 12 months
Skills Required: Siebel 7.8, Siebel Business Analysis, Siebel CTI Analysis, Design, Functional Siebel/ CTI Design, Requirement Gathering, Functional Specs, Siebel CTI Integration, Screens, previous Technical exposure to Siebel Tools, Configuration, CTI Development, CTI such as Avaya/ Genesys ideal.
Candidates must speak fluent English, have solid Siebel CTI skills, BA profile. Team players, willing to work to high standards and deliver results. Excellent communication skills to Board Level, and willing to relocate to France for this project.
