My client, a leading international organisation are currently looking to recruit a Java Developer / Java Development Team leader to be based within the e-commerce part of the business. As the ideal candidate, you will currently be working in a technical programming environment with Java technologies and be capable of leading a small team. The main purpose of the role is to aid in the delivery of Java technical projects across the eCommerce suite of applications, producing and validating detailed technical specifications for you and your team to work. You will need to strong background in Java, with experience of Oracle, PLSQL, Unix and Java application servers. The role will be split 80% development and 20% team management.
