Network Operations Analyst - London. My financial client currently requires an experienced Network Operations Analyst to assist with 2nd & 3rd line support to the current environment as well assisting with any specified project work. The ideal candidate will be Cisco accredited (CCNA/ CCNP) and have experience of the following: Cisco Routing and switching, LAN, WAN, MAN and WLAN technologies, knowledge of firewalls (ideally Cisco FWSM, Cisco PIX, NetScreen Firewalls and Checkpoint), and Network Monitoring tools (i.e. CiscoWorks). You will also have an understanding of: load balancers, IPT, Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity. Any experience with Witness Voice recording, ARC switchboard and Voice gateways would be highly advantageous.
