Network Support Engineer - Leeds/ Bradford, West Yorkshire
Due to expansion we require a Network Support Engineer based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire with experience of IT Support, knowledge of IP Routing and security protocols ideally with some Network Design and Customer Management experience. Ideally you will have experience of configuring routers and designing networks from scratch as opposed to following scripts which have already been writting, however this is not essential. You will be responsible for Customer Support for our range of data networking products (generally by telephone), preparation of application notes, internal testing of new firmware releases, maintenance of problem logs and training of customers second line support engineers. A CCNP or CCNA would be highly desirable although not essential. The salary on offer is ranging from 24-35K.
