Network Management Systems Consultant To provide systems engineering support to military, cellular and fixed telecom providers. As Systems Consultant you will help with specification, procurement, design, implementation and testing of Network and Service Management Systems for satellite, mobile and fixed telecom operators.

Network Management Systems Consultant will be responsible for:
+ work with Network Management System suppliers / integrators to ensure the solution meets business needs.
+ Definition of interfaces between Network Management System Components and with the Network Management System and its network elements.
+ Solution/ Architectural design and analysis of Network Management System software and identification/ resolution of technical issues. + Management of user/ vendor requirements capture workshops.
+ Assessment of NM system deliverables against business/ functional requirements.
+ Manage and review changes to user requirements including commercial impacts.
+ Design and integration test of legacy Network Element Management Systems with overall Network Management Systems.
+ Development and configuration of Java GUIs to provide Network Management System Operational interface

Network Management Systems Consultant will have the following experience:
