A 1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst / Desktop / Helpdesk support analyst with experience of Windows 2003, XP, 2000 and hardware fault fixing is required for a professional services client based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have worked in a busy service / helpdesk environment and have experience of supporting users at their desks and on the phone. Candidates should have some commercial experience of working within a busy service desk environment. You will be required to respond to first and second line faults, escalate issues when required and install, configure and administer PC's and printers etc, and patch telephones. Excellent communication skills are key, as is proven customer service experience. This role will also include occasional travel to other sites.
