My client, a leading Investment Bank require a Desktop and Server Support Analyst to join their team.
Skills/ Experience (required):
Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 2000 and Windows XP as well as MS Windows Server 2000/ 2003; Microsoft Office 2000; Market Data.
Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
Desktop and Systems Support; Telephone System Support; Building and configuring PCs and other IT equipment, such as Printers or Telephones; Office moves including setting up people's desks; Resolving facilities issues passed through from Facilities helpdesk; Tracking problems to ensure they are resolved in timely manner and updating the users; Ad-hoc projects assigned by Managers.
