Voice Team Leader

Voice Team Leader, IPT, Avaya, Meridian, ITS, Nice, SpeakerBus, Bank

My client a top tier investment bank seeks a Voice Team Leader. The bank currently have an environment that uses Meridian, ITS, SpeakerBus and Nice VRS. A new Avaya telephony infrastructure is currently being deployed and includes Witness VRS, CMS, Avaya CM R4, AIMS, AES INOVA wallboards and Tiger call management.

This role will involve among other things, managing the global Avaya infrastructure, building up the existing support team and vendor review meetings.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in voice systems, large IPT implementations, voice adjuncts and legacy voice networks and proven experience with Avaya IPT deployment.
