My client a leading provider of connectivity and trading solutions for Investment Banks and Hedge Funds throughout Europe and the Far East is URGENTLY looking to recruit a strong Technical Analyst/ Consultant for it's London based office. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career within an International and supportive environment.
Your role will be to champion my clients product, liaising with clients and business alike, supporting the product and developing solutions.

Role:
As a Technical Analyst your duties will include installation of software, integration testing, plug-in certification, level 1 customer support, troubleshooting and platform settings. You will also be heavily involved in the implementation of products as well as client support.

Must Have:
Between 1 and 5 years experience in a similar role, either software development, technical support engineer or technical analyst.

FIX protocol
