OSS/ BSS/ SI Operational Manager Responsibilities include:
Manage a range of client service functions, including service standards and operational/ delivery agreements with both suppliers and customers.
You will be responsible for Responsible for the on time and on budget delivery of OSS/ BSS/ SI projects including senior governance, issue management and all delivery aspects. Take ownership of all OSS project deliveries, resourcing and P&L,interfacing with other project directors delivering cross Services Division projects. Manage all escalated issues with customer senior management. Define and deliver on customer satisfaction targets. Liaise with the customer senior management - Sponsor and with the Customer's Program management team to ensure efficient governance. Identification of new business opportunities arising from consultancy or systems integration engagements, and liasing internally and externally to capitalise on these opportunities.
Candidates need to have significant experience within the Telco / OSS industry.
