Training Services Manager - e-Learning Solutions

This highly successful systems provider have a requirement for a Training Services Manager who has a solid understanding of training techniques and needs analysis including e-Learning solutions.

You will have overall responsibility for the company's training course provision, the portfolio and its development and delivery in line with the company's objective of continued growth. You will be working within the after sales team who are responsible for the delivery of software related professional services and will manage the training team having responsibility for generating revenue growth. Your main duties will include;

•Generating revenue growth
•Managing the training team
•Ensuring the training course portfolio is up-to-date (relating to s/ ware enhanements)
•Work with customers to identify training & business service needs
•Manage training marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing depart
•Evolution and ongoing development of innovative portfolio
•Promotion internally and externally of the Training Department

You will have a commercial awareness which will enable you to identify and implement new service offerings, define and manage budgets and negotiate sales and supplier agreements. Your training background will consist of a blended learning approach covering e-learning and classroom training.
