Senior Technician - Liverpool, Merseyside: Must have at least five years experience operating in a large Windows environment, with strong Windows and VMWare skills. Experience of working in a technical environment. Experience in NT / Win2k / XP workstation administration. Experience of PC software/ hardware installation and support. Experience of monitoring solutions (BMC Patrol skills). Working within a structured, service driven environment. Ability to prioritise workload effectively. Ability to communicate at various levels. The Senior Technical Services analyst will provide day to day support to meet agreed customer satisfaction levels as measured by a range of operational performance criteria against agreed SLAs. The analyst will also be responsible for the monitoring of FTP links for data transfer; and other pro active system administration tasks. The role is mandated to have SC security clearance.
