As a critical member with a business critical team you will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and ongoing smooth running of how customers interact with the voice and web interfaces across the globe.
This role will be part of a dedicated team of IVR engineers and key business owners. You will need to have experience with Voice User Interface applications in particular with DTMF applications. You will also have experience with business process analysis training or experience.
This is a extremely fast paced environment short project life cycle. The candidate needs to be able to show that they have a variety of interests outside of work, proving they are a broadly interesting person.
