Responsible for:
"Troubleshooting and isolation of technical faults
"Efficient diagnosis and resolution of Customer faults
"Training Support Engineers
"Technical Support
"Test & Implement Cisco recommendations
You will have in depth knowledge of Cisco configuration & troubleshooting, LAN/ WAN environments, Cisco Routers and switches (essential), SMTP, DNS and SNMP.
