Leading solutions provider is looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer

Having a minimum of 3 years experience providing both telephone and on site technical support for customers, your responsibility is to ensure all problems are resolved efficiently.

The main duty of this role is providing working solutions for Troubleshooting logged faults.

You will have a current CCNP certification, with a Cisco certified WAN switching accreditation.

You will be assisted in the maintenance and development of your technical skills and certifications.

It is necessary to be able to configure Check-Point and Cisco PIX Firewalls, with expertise in Cisco Cat OS and IOS software. You will be a logical and methodical individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
