Our client requires a Test Team Lead/ Test Manager to join their team in city centre Lincoln paying up to £35k + bens dependent on experience. Supporting the business & IT project teams, you will develop and agree a high level test strategy that will meet the needs of all projects within the company's Business Change & IT programmes and will manage all aspects of test activities and will create and implement a Project Test approach for each project. The role will suit a current Test Team Lead/ Test Manager with a balance of people management experience & hands on testing experience (including performance testing). Candidates must have experience with Mercury Quality Centre or similar testing toolsets, and the ISEB Test Practitioner qualification would be highly desirable. Benefits include stakeholder pension, bonus scheme, free on site city centre parking. Parity is acting as an employment agency for this position.
