Our client requires a Test Team Lead/ Test Manager to join their team in city centre Lincoln paying up to £35k + bens dependent on experience. Supporting the business & IT project teams, you will develop and agree a high level test strategy that will meet the needs of all projects within the company's Business Change & IT programmes and will manage all aspects of test activities and will create and implement a Project Test approach for each project. The role will suit a current Test Team Lead/ Test Manager with a balance of people management experience & hands on testing experience (including performance testing). Candidates must have experience with Mercury Quality Centre or similar testing toolsets, and the ISEB Test Practitioner qualification would be highly desirable.
