Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor–Public Sector projects
A Project level Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to join a prestigious Main Contractor based in the North London area

My client has been established for nearly 100 years and is a big name within the construction industry. They specialize in; Social housing Interior solutions, Defence, Education, Heritage, Health, Specialist work, Airports and Telecoms.
They have a healthy client portfolio and due to steady increase of work they have a need for a Project Quantity Surveyor.
The job:
As the successful Project Quantity Surveyor you will be based from the main office in North East London and travel to sites around the local area. You will be involved in public sector projects such as schools, sports centres, some social housing schemes and hospitals. Projects are valued £200,000 - £3million and as the successful candidate you will join a team of 3 surveyors who are working on each of these projects.
This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most popular main contractors in the business as well as a chance to work on a good variety of projects including new build, refurb and design and build.
Remuneration:
£35,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits will include: car or car allowance, pension and healthcare
Skills/ requirements:
6-8 years UK Quantity Surveying experience
Main Contractor background
Construction project experience
Knowledge and practical use of the JCT form of contract
